Bee-HOME Home Garden, the revolution in housing!
If you want to find out how we can reform housing so that sustainable, liveable, affordable homes are not just for the privileged, read through this page and join our community!
Why do we need a housing revolution?
Humanity is overpopulated. It has too many problems where it lives. Overcrowding, overheads, waste, noise, dirty air, viruses, neighbours, inflation, expected energy shortages with drastically increased prices, job insecurity, an uncertain future, make people feel flushed, sick.
The desire to get away from home as much as possible, to go on trips, to go on holiday, to recharge in a different environment, is not a coincidence. These are short intermittent retreats, usually a long weekend, in many cases a 7-day holiday, but we need a much longer period to recover.
A new environment, a new way of living, new relationships can create the cure for civilisation's ills!
How and where to move to a calmer, more inspiring environment, while retaining the positive benefits of civilisation? One aspect is the building or apartment you want to live in, what materials are used? Today, these are bio-construction materials, which are equally stable, long-lasting, their production requires hardly any CO2 emissions, their operation also emits hardly any CO2, they are environmentally friendly, energy efficient, even energy-plus houses, their living space is anti-allergenic, their material regulates humidity and is a healthy home. Aspect could be, if I want to explore newer and newer dwelling places and environments, move away or further away, my house could be transportable, possibly modular, or even roll on as a Tiny House.
You also need to find the right location where it will be used either as a living space or occasionally. There are many such areas and residential communities in many places in Europe.
In Hungary, too, several housing communities are under the joint organisation of the Count Sándor Károlyi Agricultural Innovation Cooperative and the Bee-HOME administrator Wanderhouse LLC.
However, the question arises: how and from what will we finance the energy-efficient, low-cost, healthy-climate home that is needed for our new lifestyle? The average 15% interest rate loan, which for many is out of the question due to eligibility criteria or high repayments. The Bee-HOME housing programme has a solution! The financing model not only provides the resources to create a healthy home, but can also provide the costs needed to operate it.
I can only recommend the Bee-HOME housing model, which aims to make low-cost, or even no-cost, and healthy homes available to everyone!

In the Bee-HOME Home Garden programme, we have created a model that involves the community to create "Holiday Parks", "Home Gardens", where we install and operate Tiny House and low-energy sustainable fixed housing units.
This simplifies the procurement and construction process, giving everyone the opportunity for sustainable housing in the short and long term, providing real stability in uncertain times!
Our housing model is based on Co-Housing, a community housing model that originated in Denmark.
The idea behind this model is that like-minded people live in a sustainable housing community.
Each Co-housing community has a community space and a permaculture garden.
Community members take on tasks on a voluntary basis, ensuring a comfortable life not only for the community but also for themselves.
For all community members who wish to live in decentralised housing in the longer term, the Bee-HOME Home Garden is ideal.
