As you know, at the end of October, the Hungarian government practically eliminated the possibility for installers of small household-scale solar panels to connect them to the electricity grid with a stroke of a pen. Those who had not submitted such a request by 31 October will now have to wait indefinitely for this possibility, as the decree only states that the Minister of Technology and Industry may decide on the lifting of the "temporary suspension", subject to the development of the grid and the system, on a proposal from the Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Office.
